Service Description

For 1 POA/Advanced Healthcare Directive signings. This type of Power of Attorney, specifically, applies to ones where an individual is declaring another individual as attorney-in-fact. They usually are multiple pages, detailing the powers they will be granting and may have initial spots. They usually require 2 witnesses, as well. Please check with an attorney on who the witnesses may be as some require that witnesses not be related by blood, marriage, or adoption. The witness cannot be the attorney-in-fact or any successors who may become the new attorney-in-fact.

Cancelation Policy

We understand that things come up in day to day life. NNN asks that you let us know of your cancellation at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you book through our website or pre-paid via another avenue & cancel before 24 hours, we will happily issue a 100% refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a 30% late cancellation fee. This does not apply to reschedules. We are happy to accommodate a rescheduled appointment with no charge to you, even if relayed within 24 hours.
