Service Description

Some sellers agreements are very short, so we offer this more economical option for ones under 30 pages. It includes the full signing and verification of all signers and witnesses. No add ons are included with this option, such as print, scan, travel, or drop off. Please let us know if you need additional services in your order and we will update your invoice.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up in day to day life. NNN asks that you let us know of your cancellation at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you book through our website or pre-paid via another avenue & cancel before 24 hours, we will happily issue a 100% refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a 30% late cancellation fee. This does not apply to reschedules. We are happy to accommodate a rescheduled appointment with no charge to you, even if relayed within 24 hours.
