Service Description

This includes the verification of all signers & witnesses involved, the signing, travel to you within 25 miles, and drop off to FedEx/UPS (drop-off if local). This is not for Reverse Mortgages (contact us for a premium quote). We do not provide witnesses, but we may be able to hire one independent witness if needed (depending on their availability). All add ons, including scan backs ($25), printing ($20-30), long distance travel over 25 miles from us ($45), and witness retainer fees ($35 minimum), will be sent in a separate invoice which must also be paid before the signing. Please add any required add ons in your message.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up in day to day life. NNN asks that you let us know of your cancellation at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you book through our website or pre-paid via another avenue & cancel before 24 hours, we will happily issue a 100% refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a 30% late cancellation fee. This does not apply to reschedules. We are happy to accommodate a rescheduled appointment with no charge to you, even if relayed within 24 hours.
