Online Notary Signing

Service Description

**This service is for all general notary documents. It excludes real estate closings, I-9s, and marriages. You MUST be a US citizen and have a social security number in order to verify your identity via the Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA) program. Non-US citizens cannot use online notary. RON allows you to get your documents notarized via your computer/tablet/smart phone screen. All you need is an internet connection, functional camera, and working microphone to start. There is a $25 base notarization fee along with the base online package fee of $35 (which includes document preparation fee, technology fee, and online host charge). Additional seals during the same appointment are $5/seal. Once your appointment is approved, you will be prompted to scan your document and send a pdf to our email at noblenotary615@gmail.com for document preparation. From there, we will email you a link to our RON host site where you will verify your identity and then complete the notarization. You will be emailed a copy of the notarized document upon completion.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up in day to day life. NNN asks that you let us know of your cancellation at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you book through our website or pre-paid via another avenue & cancel before 24 hours, we will happily issue a 100% refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a 30% late cancellation fee. This does not apply to reschedules. We are happy to accommodate a rescheduled appointment with no charge to you, even if relayed within 24 hours.
